24 Weeks

Today, I went to the doctor for my 24 week check up. The baby is doing great, her heart sounds good and she is really active. The doctor put me on some iron pills. Hopefully that will help with my excessive tiredness. After the doctor was done listening to the babies heart beat, Ben lifted up his shirt and said "My turn now." He gets big kick out of hearing the sound his heart makes. After the doctor was done, he said "Good job, doctor. High Five." Ben cracks me up! As for me, things are going good. My wedding ring still fits and I still have ankles. By this time in my pregnancy with Ben, I couldn't wear my ring and I didn't have ankles, just cankles. The only complaint is that acid reflex is starting to kick in now, and that I can't sleep on my tummy anymore! Oh well, it will all be worth it when she is here!
